Severnside Recycling is pleased to announce its purchase of Wigan based Vale Paper Ltd.

This purchase has enabled Severnside to acquire considerable tonnage which is complementary to the company’s long term strategy, and broadens its customer base whilst ensuring a continuance of service to Vale Papers’ existing customers.

Due to the business location, Severnside will merge this new business into its Bolton depot. The staff at the Wigan site will also transfer to enable Bolton to ensure Severnside continues to provide an excellent service to its customers.

Severnside Managing Director, Peter McGuinness said: “This acquisition continues to strengthen Severnside’s position and enables us to continue to achieve growth in such a competitive market. Severnside will continue to grow organically together with selective acquisitions.”
