A new service aimed to help companies struggling with meeting room costs has been launched by MWB Meeting Venues, a division of MWB Business Exchange (MWBex). Flexi Meeting allows businesses with ongoing meeting room requirements to outsource their needs, saving them up to 70% on normal meeting room costs.
Instead of hiring individual rooms at a daily delegate rate for each meeting held, Flexi Meeting gives companies who sign up for at least three months the chance to have bespoke and personalised space available at any time for a fixed monthly rate*. The service is available at 37 Meeting Venues around the UK and all bookings and set-up needs are dealt with by a central sales office and the dedicated onsite Meeting Venues service team.
